Abuse Policy

The following policies has been updated on 29 May 2017. Users found violating the policies will be penalized in accordance to the violation.

Important: Players are strongly advised to safe-guard their own personal accounts as they are held responsible for any actions conducted through the use of the respective accounts.

Players can ensure that their accounts are kept safe by regularly updating their account passwords. Account password should be of high security by including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Account passwords should be kept private and accounts should not be shared with any other person. Game Masters and Administrators will never request for player's passwords.

Accounts that have been caught for any illegal activities will be subjected to the stipulated relevant penalties as stated, regardless of the user who accesses the account at the time of the violation.

Account Hacking
Entering a game account without authorized permission from the original owner.

All users are strongly advised to refrain from sharing of accounts due to security reasons. There will not be any reimbursement available for items, DENs or Audition Cash points lost in this manner.

Penalty for Account Hacking Includes:
If player was caught for Account Hacking before 20 April 2012, accounts can be released after suspension period, verification and inventory reset.

If player was caught Account Hacking after 20 April 2012, accounts will be permanently banned.

Any attempt to distribute third-party software (hack tools) and/or any means to increase the publicity of any third-party websites to other players for gains, commercial or otherwise.

Offences Under Advertising Includes:
  • Any attempt to distribute third-party software.
  • Any attempt to increase publicity of third-party website.
  • Any attempt to distribute third-party software and/or any means to increase the publicity of any third-party websites to other players for gains, commercial or otherwise.

NOTE: In-game suspension is applicable for advertising even outside of AuditionSEA.

Penalty for Advertising Includes:
Accounts caught for Advertising will be permanently banned.

Exploitation of Bugs and/or Glitches

A form of cheating in which a character exploits the flaws/bugs/glitches in the game to achieve something that is not intended by the game developer.

Penalty for Exploitation Includes:
If player was caught for Exploitation of Bugs and Glitches before 20 April 2012, accounts can be released after suspension period, payment of administrative fee and reduction of character/couple experience.

If player was caught for Exploitation of Bugs and Glitches after 20 April 2012, accounts will be permanently banned.

Modification of the game client or usage of third-party programs to gain unfair advantage in the game.

Offences Under Hacking Includes:
Usage of third-party applications, memory editors, trainers, or debuggers (or otherwise commonly termed as "hack tools") in altering the Game, Game Service, or Game Client in any manner whatsoever, which may, or may not, lead to an unfair advantage in the game play, and over other players.

This also includes the act of bypassing, halting, or modifying any form of authorised protection system deployed during the execution, and running, of the Game, Game Service, Game Client, nProtect and GameGuard, in any manner whatsoever.

Penalty for Hacking Includes:
If player was caught using third-party applications before 20 April 2012, accounts can be released after suspension period, payment of administrative fee and reduction of character/couple experience.

If player was caught using third-party application after 20 April 2012, accounts will be permanently banned.

Misconduct and/or Harassment

Definition of Misconduct and/or Harassment:
  • Misconduct: Used generally for any unpleasant behavior that is shown to irritate another person with certain intentions.
  • Harassment: Persistent disturbance, pestering, as well as creating trouble to fellow gamers in the community.

Penalty for Misconduct and/or Harassment Includes:
  • First Offence:
    Misconduct and/or Harassment = 7 days in-game suspension
  • Second Offence:
    Misconduct and/or Harassment = 14 days in-game suspension
  • Repeated Offence:
    Misconduct and/or Harassment = 30 days in-game suspension + Verification
  • Repeated Offence after 3rd times:
    Suspension duration will be increased by 30 days.
    (E.g: 4th Offence - 60 Days, 5th Offence - 90 Days, and so on)

Monetary Trading

Definition of Monetary Trading:
Sale of Game Items, Game Related Points and Game Accounts for monetary gains.

In addition, such illegal activities are not desirable in AuditionSEA as sellers and buyers will be solely responsible for their actions. There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fair and will be carried out entirely.

Penalty for Monetary Trading Includes:
  • First Offence:
    Monetary Trading = 14 days Suspension + Verification
    Players will not be able to access the offending AuditionSEA game account in any way during the suspension period.
    Players are required to re-activate their restricted Asiasoft Passport before they can access their offending AuditionSEA game account after the suspension period.
  • Second Offence:
    Monetary Trading = Permanent Ban + Suspension of Asiasoft Passport

Prohibited In-Game Names (IGN)

Offences under Inappropriate IGN includes, but are not limited to:
  • Impersonation of GM names
  • Sexual content
  • Obscene body organs
  • Vulgarity or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion
  • Drug and/or narcotic references
  • Action phrases or complete sentences such as "Youwillnotsurvive", "killme", etc.
  • Names that is or may be illegal, or is or may be protected by trademark, or other proprietary rights laws
  • Names referencing hacking such as "haaacker", "goodbotter", etc.
  • Names that make no sense or created to confuse other users with letter masking such as "0liveO1L", "Iksdjflij", etc. (i.e. switching "i" for "L" or zero for the letter "o")
  • Names that are comprised of gibberish such as "sdfdgdsfg", "uy45tfgsdf", etc.
  • Names with Non-English characters
  • Names containing symbols except "~" (With exception to names changed/created before Year 2011)
  • Otherwise deemed inappropriate

Penalty for Usage of Prohibited IGN:
  • First Offence:
    Characters will be suspended for verification.
    Upon verification, IGN must be changed within 24 hour of release.
  • Second Offence:
    Accounts will be permanently banned.
    If we believe you have created an account to mislead, confuse, or annoy other players with the spelling of the name, the administrators have all rights to suspend/rename the player. If you are concerned or in doubt about a name choice, we suggest that you do not use it.

Definitions and Disclaimers

  1. During the suspension period, players will not be able to access the offending AuditionSEA game account in any way.
  2. Permanent Ban refers to permanent suspension of the offending AuditionSEA game account.
  3. Inventory Reset refers to the removal of the offending character's DENs.
  4. Complains, dispute and reports will only be entertained through the use of Live Chat and/or iBox 14 days within the incident date.
  5. Any other form of complaints/dispute/reports, or reports received more than 14 days after the incident date will not be entertained.
  6. All Game Masters (GM) decisions are final in the game.
  7. Appeals will not be entertained.
  8. DENs and Experience removed will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

All banned accounts (for hacking, advertising hack, selling cash items, selling accounts, etc.) will result in their respective Passport being suspended for security and investigative reasons.

Affected players will not be able to login into their Passport and are required to perform identity verification for the purpose of reactivating, and reinstating, their Asiasoft Passport accounts. If the stipulated remedy of performing identity verification is not done within 90 days, the affected Asiasoft Passport account together with all game accounts will be wiped. Existing game accounts and in-game items, inclusive of any form of in-game curency, therein will, and are, not transferable or exchangeable in any manner whatsoever.

Any A-Cash items, or responding balance, will, and are, not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any manner whatsoever.

Privacy Policy

Asiasoft Online ("we" and "us", as the case may be) takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

What this Privacy Policy Covers

  • This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our various games’ websites, and when you use our services. This policy also covers our treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us.
  • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people whom we do not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Usage

  • We collect personally identifiable information when you register for Asiasoft Passport or Game account, when you use Asiasoft Online products or services, when you visit games’ web pages, and when you enter each game. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.
  • Personal information is any information about you that you have provided to us including but not limited to the following: Name (b) Identity card/ birth certificate/ passport details (c) Contact details (including telephone number and email address) (d) Date of birth (f) Gender (g) Nationality (h) Personal opinions from feedback and response to survey
  • We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, page visited and amount of time spent on each page.
  • We receive and record information when you play our games including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, login time and actions done.
  • We use these information for three general purposes: to customise the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • We may use your personal information to contact you for marketing purpose from time to time. This may include mail, email and text messages. If you do not wish to receive such messages, you may opt out of these marketing messages at any time by unsubscribing at here
  • We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
  • We will only disclose your personal information to any party, including third parties, on a need-to-know basis. Access to your personal information will only be provided to them for the purpose of performing specified functions. We will require these third party service providers to ensure that the personal information disclosed to them are kept confidential and secured.
  • When required by law, we may disclose your personal information to the authorities when requested.
  • We find that your actions on our web sites and games violate our User Abuse Policy and Terms and Conditions of Asiasoft Passport during first registration or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.


  • We may set and access Asiasoft Online cookies on your computer.
  • We allow other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to our cookies.

Ability to Edit Your Account Information and Preferences

  • You may access and correct to your personal information by logging into your Asiasoft Passport account. It is important to keep your password secured to avoid unauthorised access.

How we store your personal information

  • Your personal information is stored in our database. We provide high level security and controls to protect your personal information against unauthorised access. Your personal information is retained as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and until it is no longer necessary for legal purpose.


  • Your Asiasoft Passport Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security.
  • In certain areas we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

  • We may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web pages. You agree that such posting will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the changes.
  • You agree that your continued use of our products or services after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified policy.

  • We are secured under Equifax Secure Certificate Authority (www.geotrust.com). This certification applies to all English-language sites under the Asiasoft.net domain.


What is iBox?

iBox is where players can send in reports on different issues they wish to enquire about AuditionSEA or Asiasoft Passport. There are various categories in iBox and players must select the correct category based on their request report.

To send an iBox request, first select the correct category based on your inquiry and click on it. Fill in all the required fields in the form and submit it. Please wait patiently for the administrators to reply to your problem and check the email you have used for any further replies.

AuditionSEA related issues
  1. General Enquiry: For general questions about Audition.
    • Select Feedback & Suggestion as the Subject if you wish to provide feedback.
    • Select Abuse Report as the Subject if you wish to report a hacker.
    • Select Account Enquiry as the Subject if you wish to ask about your Account details (e.g. forgotten userID or Password, unable to access account, etc.).
  2. Compromised Account: For issues regarding accounts that have been hacked.
  3. Technical Enquiry: For questions regarding technical problems in Audition.
    • Select Bug Report as the Subject for reports about bugs found in Audition.

What is Audition?
Audition is a free-to-play massive multiplayer online game (MMOG) that brings everyone together in a world to enjoy music, dance, fashion and to form friendships!

Is Audition Free-to-Play (F2P)?
Yes! AuditionSEA is definitely Free-to-Play! All Asiasoft games are free-to-play and will remain that way. You only spend in-game when you wish to purchase clothes, accessories or items which will help to differentiate your character from the others.

I am not from Singapore or Malaysia, will I be able to play AuditionSEA?
AuditionSEA only provide services to players from Singapore and Malaysia. However, we welcome players from other countries to join us in AuditionSEA.

Will Asiasoft ever ask me for my password?
NEVER. Your password is yours to keep and should not be known by anyone else but yourself. Asiasoft, T3 Entertainment and YD Online will NEVER ask for sensitive information such as this. Please do not give your password out to anyone. Asiasoft will not be responsible for any loss of items due to personal negligence.

Is AuditionSEA compatible with the Windows 10?
AuditionSEA compatible with Windows 10 since December 2016.

When is Audition being updated?
We update Audition once a month to bring the latest content updates to our Clubbers! There will also be regular server maintenance to ensure that our servers are working and to reduce latency and errors.
There will be a disruption of service during these periods. Please refrain from connecting to Audition until maintenance period. Check out the Notice section for duration of maintenance periods.


Is Audition easy to play?
Yes. Audition is definitely easy to learn how to play, but difficult to master! You will need fast fingers, a great music sense to excel in the game!

How do I start playing Audition?
You just need to visit https://passport.asiasoftsea.com/ to create your AuditionSEA account and you would have just completed the first step to playing Audition. Next download the latest installation file from our "Download" section and install it on your computer. Create your character and you will be ready to start playing Audition! For more information on downloading, installing and creating your characters, visit the "Guides" section on our website.

Why are there so many different servers and channels in Audition?
The number of servers and channels is to allow more players to play in Audition and also to allow players to visit the channels which suit their choice of game-play and to mix with players of similar standards.

The "Entry" server serves the "Stiffy" beginners who are between Level 1 to Level 5. Practice Mode is only available in this server to allow Stiffys to practise their moves before they join the rest of the players. In addition, there is only up to 7 levels of keynote arrows in this server for any easy start. Songs available in the "Entry" server are also of lower "Beats per Minute" (BPM).

The "Novice" server is for players between Level 6 to 10. There is no Practice Mode available in this server and this is where you start facing the real challenges. Songs available here are of faster BPM and you will play up to 9 levels of keynote arrows in each game play.

In this server, you will also have to face the "red arrow" keynote in the Finishing Move. You may also activate the "Chance Mode" in this server by pressing the "Delete" key on your keyboard to gain more score.

The "Free" server is the server for everyone! All levels may go to this server but be prepared to face even faster songs, up to 11 levels of keynote arrows and "red arrow" keynote in the Finishing Move . The Chance Mode is also available in the Free server.

What is Chance Mode?
The "Chance Mode" is a mode in which players can choose to activate "red arrows" during their game play to gain higher scores.

This mode is available in the "Novice" and "Free" servers. When the "Chance Mode" is activated, you will see a few arrow keys in red depending on the level selected, hit those keys in the opposite direction of the indicated arrows. If you manage to complete the keynote sequence, you will achieve a higher score for that move!

The more red arrows, the higher the score. Currently you can select up to having 6 "red arrows" in each game play. You may turn on / off the "Chance Mode" whenever you want by pressing the "Delete" key on your keyboard.

Chance mode is not available for FreeStyle Battle.

What is "Den"?
Den is Audition's in-game currency which can be used for purchase of some items. It can be earned through playing and / or winning the game with other players, engaging in Battle Parties and completing Story Modes & missions.

Why cant I level after Level 5?
You will see that your level is still at "Level 5" even after your experience bar hits 100% at Level 5. This is because for all levels after Level 5, you are required to take a license in order to proceed to the next level.

You may take the license by clicking on the "License" button at the top right-hand corner of the screen and this is only available in the "Free" server. Each try costs 200 Dens. You will need to complete the stated criteria after the game play in order to pass your License.

After you have passed your license, your level will automatically be changed to "Level 6" and your class will be changed to "Novice". Thereafter, you will not be able to enter the "Entry" server. There will be more challenges awaiting you in the "Novice" and "Free" servers.

What if I failed my license?
You will have to retake the license until you pass in order to progress to the next level. Although you may still continue to play the game without passing the license, you will not be able to gain the experience, level and Dens for the game play. NOTE: You will need to take a license for each level after level 5.

Why can't I purchase items in the Fashion Mall that indicates an A-Cash pricing?
You can only purchase A-Cash items if you have Audition Cash available. For more information on topping up Audition Cash, read the FAQ section on "A-Cash".

My keynote window suddenly went missing!
You may have accidentally pressed the "Tab" key, which activates the advanced playing interface. Advanced playing interface enables players to play the game based on the music rhythm instead of the visual. Turn it off by pressing the "Tab" key again.

The different camera views are making me dizzy!
You may make the camera view fixed at a certain angle by pressing the "F2" key on your keyboard. Rotate between the different camera views by pressing "F2" continuously.

My Gift Box Item suddenly went missing!
Please take note that items in the Gift Box not cleared within 3 months will be expired and cleared from the Gift Box.

How do I play the 8-directional keystroke modes?
You will need a 9-key numberpad in order to play 8-directional keystroke modes. Most laptops do not support the 9-key numberpad, hence players using laptops will need to get an external numberpad to play the 8-directional keystrokes modes..
